Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS AND SUPPORT
  • Hardware returns are dependent on the manufacturer's policy. Apex will assist Client with returns and exchanges, if within policy for the purchased product. Client is responsible for any associated shipping/restocking fees that may apply.  Apex is not responsible for items that the manufacturer does not accept for return.
  • For Products with a pre-approved return that will not be replaced, or replaced with a different item, Apex will refund or credit the actual price paid by the Buyer once the product has been received by the supplier. The refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping, handling, and re-stocking fees.
  • All returns must be made in the same country in which the purchase was made (USA).
  • Although Apex may permit Buyer to return Products claimed to be defective under certain circumstances, Apex makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Products.
